• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Company provides AI-powered resume building services, including but not limited to resume templates, content generation assistance, formatting tools, and related career services. Services are offered on both free and subscription-based tiers.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND BILLING

5.1 Subscription Services

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to process payments in accordance with their terms of service.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLOSURE

Our Services utilize third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to OpenAI's API, to assist with resume content generation and enhancement. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated content may be produced with AI assistance
• Your data is not used to train third-party AI models
• AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated by you

7. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of all content you submit to or create using the Services (“User Content”). You grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide the Services.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other user accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services
• Creating false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
